TABC Certification Classes

You will be given an enrollment code that authorizes log-on access to the online class. This code is valid for only 24 hours.

Once you log-on, you will be required to view an 8 minute video and review an online presentation. (There is a 3 hour 20 minute minimum time period required by the state to take the class, so your time will start when you log-on and end when you submit the final certification test.) The video and presentation can be viewed in either English or Spanish. You must have Windows Media Player on your computer to view the video. The course is divided into 4 sections. After each section, you will be given a review guide. Following the course, you will be given a 5 question security test. This will be scored online and if you pass this test, you will be given the 25 question certification test. These 25 questions will be randomly selected from our database and be based on the video and materials presented online.

The certification test will be scored online and you will be notified if you received a passing score of 70% or not.

If you fail the security or certification test, you will be given the opportunity to go back to the beginning of the class again without logging off. After reviewing the materials a second time you will be given the security or certification test again. If you fail again you will be logged off and you will have to apply for another enrollment code the next day.

If you pass the test, Aims Academy will send you your Alcohol Seller's Certification in the mail within 5-7 working days.
