The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) conducts regular sting operations throughout the state of Texas. Don't get stung with high fines and penalties because you or your employees don't know alcoholic beverage laws. The TABC approved seller-server program educates on the rules and regulations concerning alcohol sales.
